This name tag is exclusive for all our dental babes. Name tag is a dry shaker meaning pieces inside move when you shake it. Tooth will come exactly how it is shown in the picture same colors and everything. If you are wanting a custom one please email us. Name tag attachment is a durable magnet instead of a pin to protect your scrubs / clothes. (Please note this is a magnet attachment do not use if you have a pacemaker)

Custom made orders take 2 weeks (not including holidays) to be made before shipping. Items that are ready to ship are will ship out within the next two business days.
All shipping is through USPS, all are first class priority.
