Custom made orders take 2 weeks (not including holidays) to be made before shipping. Items that are ready to ship are will ship out within the next two business days.
All shipping is through USPS, all are first class priority.
No returns or exchanges!
If your item arrives with defects, please get in touch with us within 3 days. Item will need to be shipped back to us in its original condition at the customer's expense.
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. We do everything in our power to ensure. The item(s) is properly packaged to prevent damage.
