Custom made orders take 2 weeks (not including holidays) to be made before shipping. Items that are ready to ship are will ship out within the next two business days.
All shipping is through USPS, all are first class priority.

If your item arrives with defects, please get in touch with us within 3 days. Item will need to be shipped back to us in its original condition at the customer's expense.
